How often do I receive my rent?

We pay our owners every month. You will receive rent for each calendar month along with an easy to read owner’s statement on the last day of the month or the first working day of the following month should this fall on a weekend or public holiday.

How do I ensure my property is well taken care of?

Apart from thoroughly vetting tenants, we also conduct regular inspections of your property. We arrange inspections every 6 months and complete a detailed inspection report with accompanying photos. We will also make note of any required maintenance or updates that may be needed in the future.

How do you find reliable tenants for my property?

Our experienced property managers usually meet each applicant in person and get to know a bit about them, we are trained at being able to quickly ascertain the suitability of an applicant. On top of this we thoroughly vet each application. We obtain previous rental references, confirmation of employment, check identification and ensure that each tenant has provided sufficient documentation.

Do I need Landlord's insurance?

Yes! We recommend doing your research to find the best insurer for you and your property. Landlord’s insurance is important to have incase of any hiccups. Landlord’s insurance can cover you for loss of rent, accidental and malicious damage, water damage, death of a tenant and more, so we highly recommend it.


How do I apply for a property you manage?

As we like to make a conscious effort to minimise wastage and our use of paper we prefer to accept applications online via However, we can also email you a pdf application form upon request.

Do I need to be present for a routine inspection?

No you do not. In fact most of the time routine inspections are conducted during business hours and many tenants opt not to be present. If you have any maintenance concerns to bring to the attention of your property manager, you should contact them to report these prior to the inspection so they can check them while carrying out the inspection. It is also recommended that the property is presented in a clean and tidy manner to make it easier for your property manager to spot any issues.
